  1. WINNER SELECTION:  After the conclusion of the Raffle Period, a copy of each Raffle Ticket purchased (“Duplicate Ticket”) is printed and entered into a drum for a manual drawing of the winning ticket.  For each Prize, one (1) Duplicate Ticket will be selected at random from among all Duplicate Tickets, and the number that appears on the Duplicate Ticket selected will be the winning number (the “Winning Number”) for that drawing’s prize.  Absent extenuating circumstances, each Winning Number will be selected within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of that Event’s Raffle Period.  All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor in collaboration with Shoes and Clothes for Kids, and all Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
