Q. How do I find out the winning number?

Shortly following the conclusion of the Event, the selected Winning Number will be posted on Twitter from the @Browns account, within the Cleveland Browns Mobile app, and on clevelandbrowns.com/raffle for a minimum of thirty (30) days following the Event. 

Q. How do I claim a winning ticket?

Prize Claimant need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.  To claim the Prize, the Prize Claimant must notify Sponsor within thirty (30) days of the announcement of the winning number by calling (440) 891-5042 or emailing 5050Raffle@clevelandbrowns.com and following the instructions given.  

Q. How long do I have to claim my winnings?

The winner will have 30 days to redeem the ticket. 

TECHNICAL HELP

Q. Why does browns5050.com require my location and/or why am I receiving the following prompt: "https://browns5050.com would like to use your current location?"

Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. The “Raffle Purchase Area is defined as the state of Ohio minus a seventy-five (75) mile radius from corporate city limits of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Void outside the raffle Area and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.

Q. What if I already selected "Don't Allow"?

Reloading the page should cause you to be prompted to share your location again. If you have specified that you never want to share your location, you will need to go into your settings to allow. See below for instructions.

Q. What if I receive the following prompt: "You must allow your browser to share your location to purchase tickets. Please click "OK" to reload this page, then be sure to allow your browser to share your location to share your location when prompted"?

The browser should reload the page and ask you to share location upon loading. Note: In some browsers, the popup may say "close" instead of "OK"

Q. I entered the incorrect email and did not print my tickets, how can I get my tickets resent?

Please go to the Contact page and request that the raffle Manager email you your tickets.

Q: What if I cannot purchase tickets on browns5050.com due to Location issues?

You may have told your browser to never share your location. You need to change that setting to allow sale.

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to the ‘Settings App
  2. Go to ‘Privacy
  3. Go into ‘Location Services
  4. Ensure ‘Location Services’ are on
  5. Scroll down and click ‘Safari Websites
  6. Make sure that ‘Allow Location Access’ is set to ‘While Using the App’
     

Chrome has the same setting if you are using that instead

For Android (though this may vary by version):

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ App
  2. Go to Location and make sure that it is on
  3. Go back to previous screen and go to ‘Apps’
  4. Go to ‘Chrome
  5. Click ‘Permissions’
  6. Ensure that ‘Location’ is enabled
  7. This can vary by version or smartphone model
  8. On most Android Phones you can also pull down from the top of the screen to show several clickable settings, ‘Location’ is usually available there also

 

MacOS Desktop:

 Check if Location Services is turned on

  1. Go to ‘System Preferences’
  2. Select ‘Security & Privacy’
  3. Select ‘Privacy’ tab
  4. Ensure ‘Location Services’ is checked
  5. If it is not checked, click the lock icon in bottom right corner of that window to make changes
  6. Enter your Username and password
  7. Check the ‘Enable Location Services’ checkbox
  8. If it is checked, look at the list of allowed applications and make sure the web browser, you are using is also checked. Note that Chrome will not show up here, but Safari and Firefox will

If Locations is on, you may have previously blocked the browns5050.com site from using locations. To Unblock it:

Android Based Smart Phones:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner
  3. Select ‘Settings’
  4. Under ‘Advanced’ select ‘Site Settings’
  5. Select ‘Location’
  6. Upper right, click the magnifying glass
  7. Type Browns5050.com
  8. If it appears in the search results click it
  9. Click the ‘Clear & Reset’ button that appears
  10. Retry your purchase on Browns5050.com

 Mac Safari:

  1. Go to Browns5050.com
  2. From the Top Browser Menu select Safari-Settings for this website
  3. In the Pop Up under Location select ‘Allow’

 Mac Chrome:

  1. Go to Browns5050.com
  2. Click ‘Buy Now’
  3. Received the Geolocation error
  4. In Chrome address bar there is an icon that looks like a compass/target with a small red X on it
  5. Click this icon
  6. On the window that opens, click the ‘Clear these settings for future visits’
  7. Click ‘Done’

  2. Click ‘Buy Now’

  2. Right click an empty area on the page and select ‘View Page Info’
  3. Click the ‘Permissions’ Icon
  4. Under ‘Access Your Location’ select ‘Allow’
  5. Retry your purchase on Browns5050.com
